Salt Marsh Planting at Middle Waterway

We will be at our Middle Waterway restoration site on Commencement Bay for a planting of marsh vegetation.  We will also be tackling invasive weeds and picking up trash from the site.  The site is located next to Stellar Industrial Supply at 711 E. 11th St., Tacoma.  The event will be from 9:30 to 3:30 and CHB will provide all tools, gloves and a light lunch and water.  Please dress appropriately with long pants, study shoes and rain gear.  Please register in advance for this event by contacting Jeanine Riss at jriss@healthybay.org.  Hope to see you there!
