A lot has happened in Tacoma since our last newsletter. We held one of our most successful fundraisers ever at the Foss Waterway Seaport on April 13 (we’re still crunching numbers and will let everyone know exactly how successful it was soon!).
Tacoma has repaired itself despite decades of damage from harsh industry practices, but there are still many environmental wounds we need to heal.
We’ve submitted comments on projects that would have impacts on endangered salmon, and laid out some of the key state legislation we’re keeping an eye on.
