Wright Park Photo Scavenger Hunt

Discover your photographic eye while exploring Tacoma’s historic Wright Park. Offered through the Digital Media Lab and open to all ages, you’ll work together in small groups along with instructors to complete a photography scavenger hunt and compile a unique collection of photographs. There’s a plethora of interesting and artistic shots waiting to be caught on camera! Learn through experience how a picture tells the story through framing, lighting, subject matter, depth of field and more.

We will meet at Wright Park near the W.W. Seymour Botanical Conservatory. Panasonic Lumix cameras will be provided for the activity and the photographs you take will be made available digitally after the event. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Online registration for this event opens on March 1, 2023. This program will be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather.
