Parks Appreciation Day

Participants are needed in parks throughout Tacoma to spruce up local parks by trimming limbs, grooming grounds, and maintaining restoration areas.  Each person counts! Come together to lend a hand to keep parks beautiful, our community strong and connected, and be a good steward of the earth.

Locations:

Point Defiance Park – SIGN UP
Charlotte’s Blueberry Park – SIGN UP

Wapato Lake Park – SIGN UP

• If you have a large group, please email: desiree.kennedy@tacomaparks.com to sign up your group.
• Gloves are required – however, if you don’t own a pair we can provide them.
• Bring your own water and snacks.
