Driving directions to the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium

Driving Directions *Important*
When searching for driving directions to the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium entrance using Google Maps, please be aware that just typing in “5400 North Pearl Street, Tacoma, WA 98407” will lead you to the wrong location in Point Defiance Park. If you are searching for driving directions to the event, be sure to type in Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium in order to get accurate driving instructions to the location.

*This problem does not seem to appear when using Apple Maps.

Tip #2: Do not search directions for The Pacific Seas Aquarium. The location will show up on your maps search, however there is a very small, staff-only parking lot located at the aquarium, and there will not be event access or any parking allowed at that location.

Event Parking
There will be free event parking located at the main front entrance to the zoo. Once you have parked, we’ll meet you at the front entrance gates and guide you to the Pacific Seas Aquarium.
